Terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is Jigsaw Marketing and Media Ltd (company no. 04175618), whose registered office is at Bishopbrook House, Cathedral Avenue, Wells, Somerset BA5 1FD.
  2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Jigsaw Marketing and Media Ltd, their family members, and anyone else connected with the prize draw or helping to set it up.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter.
  4. To enter, complete the entry form at richardjacksonsgarden.co.uk/win-drop-and-bloom/ with your first name and email address. Entering means you agree to receive Richard Jackson's Garden emails with offers, gardening tips and news. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing after entering will not affect your entry.
  5. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries, and entries made in bulk, automatically or by a third party, will be disqualified.
  6. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on Friday 30 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. There are 100 prizes. Each winner will receive one Drop & Bloom spring bulb tray. The mix of each tray will be allocated at random from the following six: Tulip & Muscari, Tulip & Crocus, Tulip & Anemone, Narcissi & Muscari, XL Tray Pastel Mix, and XL Tray Sunshine Mix. Winners cannot choose or swap their mix.
  9. The 100 winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the closing date. Winners will be notified by email by Tuesday 3 November 2026.
  10. Winners must reply to the notification email with a UK delivery address within 14 days. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within that time, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.
  11. Prizes will be delivered free of charge to the UK address provided, in time for autumn planting. The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.
  12. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without notice.
  13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside the promoter's control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
  14. The promoter's decision on all matters to do with the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. With their prior consent, winners may be asked to take part in publicity, which may include publication of their name and county on the Richard Jackson's Garden website and social media channels. The promoter will contact winners beforehand to gain explicit consent for this purpose.
  16. Personal data will be used to run the prize draw, deliver prizes and send the emails you have signed up to. It will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Richard Jackson's Garden privacy policy, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior consent, except as needed to deliver prizes.Read our privacy policy
  17. The surnames and counties of winners will be available for 28 days after the closing date. To request them, send a stamped addressed envelope to: Jigsaw Marketing & Media Ltd, PO Box 703, Amersham, Bucks HP6 9BX, United Kingdom.
  18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social network. You are providing your information to Richard Jackson's Garden and not to any other party.
  19. Entering the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
