Subscription Information

High Energy Bird Food Subscribe & Save

Our High Energy Bird Food (2kg, 5kg and 12.75kg) is available to buy either as a one-off purchase or on a subscription. If you would like to purchase a subscription for any of the sizes, please tick on the ‘Subscribe and save’ button when adding to your basket. This will then give you a drop-down option to either purchase your subscription for a monthly delivery or a delivery every 2 months. The saving applied to the subscription is the same for each frequency of delivery. The saving for each weight of Bird Food purchased does vary as follows:

• 2kg High Energy Bird Food – Save 15%
• 5kg High Energy Bird Food – Save 15%
• 12.75kg High Energy Bird Food – Save 20%

Payment for your first monthly subscription is made immediately upon ordering and the Bird Food is processed for despatch immediately. Follow up deliveries will be processed and despatched either every month or every 2 months following the date of your initial order (depending on the delivery frequency you selected). Payment will be taken prior to the orders being despatched using your original payment method.

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to do this, or would like to make any changes such as change of delivery frequency, change of address details, change of payment details etc., then please contact us here and we will endeavour to assist you as soon as possible.

High Energy Suet Balls Subscribe & Save

Our High Energy Suet Balls (50 suet balls and 150 suet balls) are available to buy either as a one-off purchase or on a subscription. If you would like to purchase a subscription for any of these quantities, please tick on the ‘Subscribe and save’ button when adding to your basket. This will then give you a drop-down option to either purchase your subscription for a monthly delivery or a delivery every 2 months. The saving applied to the subscription is the same for each frequency of delivery and each quantity of suet balls selected:

• High Energy Suet Balls x 50 balls – 20% Saving
• High Energy Suet Balls x 150 balls – 20% Saving
