If you wish to return plants, seedlings, plugs, bulbs, tubers, bare roots, etc, please contact our customer services team on [email protected] immediately upon receiving your order.
As these are live products we may need to assess the condition of the plant before processing a return. Due to seasonality and stock on live plants we may not be able offer a replacement plant of the same variety.
