We hope you love everything you order from us. If something’s not right, we’ll always do our best to make it right, whether it’s a plant that didn’t arrive in good condition or a product that’s not up to scratch.
For Plants
As these are live products we may need to assess the condition of the plant before processing a return. Due to seasonality and stock on live plants we may not be able to offer a replacement plant of the same variety.
If you have a problem with a plant:
- Within 30 days of your order – We’ll offer a full refund.
- Between 30 days and 6 months – We’ll offer either a refund or a coupon code for future use.
- Over 6 months – We’re not able to offer a refund or coupon code.
For Products
If you’re not happy with a non-plant product, please contact us within 30 days of your order.
Depending on the circumstances, we may not need you to return the item. Because of this, please get in touch before posting anything back, as we may not be able to refund return postage costs if the return hasn’t been agreed in advance.
