I queried a problem with postage to iow as these were out of stock a few weeks earlier when we had placed a large order. it was sorted quickly and very satisfactorily. we love all ypur products and haven't bought/used any other brand of snail & slug pellets, bird food, plant feeds and all other garden products since first buying richard jacksons. after using all things we buy, we are now convinced all products are worth every penny. all very economical and excellent quality. even down to birdseed, which never has all the 'chaff' found in all other premium seeds. we have also recommended products to many friends.
