Rudbeckia ‘Enchanted Romance’ is a wonderfully rich and colourful rudbeckia, producing large, multi-petalled daisy flowers that change beautifully as they mature. The blooms first emerge in glowing warm orange tones before gradually deepening into dusky romantic reds, creating a constantly shifting display of late-season colour.
Each flower is centred around a dark chocolate-brown eye, highlighted by a ring of golden-yellow stamens that add extra warmth and contrast. Flowering abundantly from midsummer right through to the first frosts, it brings valuable colour and energy to borders when many summer plants are beginning to slow down.
Its compact, bushy habit makes it ideal for sunny borders, wildlife gardens and patio containers, where the flowers can be enjoyed up close. Best grown in full sun and well-drained soil, it is easy to grow, highly floriferous and particularly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators throughout its long flowering season.
