Most automatic watering systems deliver the same amount of water every day, regardless of the weather or what your plants actually need. That can leave compost either too dry or too wet – neither of which helps plants thrive.
Water Buddies take the guesswork out of watering. They automatically adjust the amount of water they release according to the temperature. On warm days, when plants need more moisture, they release more water. When it’s cooler, they slow the flow, helping to keep compost at just the right moisture level.

They’re ideal for pots, hanging baskets and containers outside, as well as houseplants indoors. They’re especially useful if you’re busy, away for a few days, or simply want the reassurance that your plants are being watered automatically.
There are two sizes available and both come in packs of three. The small holds 650ml and large 1.15 litres.
Setting them up couldn’t be easier. Push the holder into the compost or soil to keep the dripper in place and prevent it from becoming blocked. Adjust the dripper to suit your plant and growing conditions, fill the flask with water, screw on the dripper and place it into the holder. Then let your Water Buddies do the watering for you.
