The larger Vigoroot Potato/Tomato Planter is the ideal solution for growing your own tomatoes and potatoes in small gardens, on patios and balconies, or for simply growing vegetables within easy reach of the kitchen. It will give abundant crops that are easy to care for and easy to harvest.
The magic of the Vigoroot fabric comes from its ability to ‘air prune’ plant roots, dramatically changing their formation and their ability to sustain the plants in a limited volume of compost.
Vigoroot encourages more vigorous rooting, which enables the plants to absorb more nutrients. It prevents the roots from growing too long, and helps prevent plants from becoming potbound, which would normally limit the plants’ growth. This means that they can grow to a much larger size in a relatively small pot. The super strong root system also helps the plants become more resistant to harsh weather, pests and diseases.
