This new variety of Osmanthus heterophyllus will get people talking when they see it – especially in spring, when the new growth appears. It truly adds drama to beds, borders and containers. The leaves of Osmanthus Party Lights emerge hot pink in colour, slowly lightening to a soft pink and cream, before turning a medium green as they mature. This compact, rounded, evergreen, slow growing shrub (also called the holly-leaf tea olive) will delight you with an extra bonus in autumn – deliciously fragrant white flowers. The new leaves, evergreen holly-like mature leaves and scented flowers make this the perfect plant for all-year-round interest.
