Potentilla Primrose Beauty produces masses of primrose-yellow flowers, which look like small wild roses, for months on end from late spring all the way through to mid-autumn, above compact mounds of soft grey-green leaves. This pretty, deciduous shrub, a variety of shrubby cinquefoil, is an ideal long-flowering plant for beds, borders or containers in sun or partial shade. Or use it to make a lovely, flowering low hedge. It is an RHS Plants For Pollinators choice.
