Thunbergias, commonly known as black-eyed Susan or sunny Susy, are delightful, exotic-looking annual climbers that are covered in brilliant, vibrant flowers all summer long and into autumn. Use these fast growers to quickly clothe walls, fences, trellis or obelisks or to hide unsightly objects in the garden, either growing them in the ground or in large pots on the patio trained on wigwams, obelisks or trellis. Or, for something different, try them in hanging baskets, where their long stems will provide a cascade of colour. They are spectacular and satisfyingly quick to make an impact.
Orange Beauty produces fiery orange hues, surrounding a deep black centre helping the flowers stand out against the foliage.
Lemon Beauty has vibrant yellow flowers surrounding the black centre, which gives this beautiful flower its common name of black-eyed Susan.
